This charming little hotel is priced right, and near many local spots, which makes for a comfortable and residential experience . The staff is friendly, lovely and accommodating, and most speak good English.
The elevator is quite small and old, as is the whole place overall...welcome to Paris!
I did, however, very much appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of this hotel: in order to turn on the lights in your hotel room, you must insert your card into a slot on the wall .
The location is within walking distance of many tasty restaurants . I stayed here for two weeks, and was comfortable walking around to do my laundry, go food shopping and go shopping at the mall.
I can't wait to return to this district of Old Paris. -

Small hotel w a tiny elevator in a mostly residential area near-ish to Pereire station.
Nice accommodating Colombian guy - PhD student at Sorbonne - at the front desk.
Note: I bopped the HELL out of my head on the TV shelf. Had to go to the hospital. Beware. My mom had bopped her head doing same earlier, but not as hard. Really bad situation. The management did nothing to accommodate us in any way - were defensive - and barely apologized.
